Raw Vanilla Chia Pudding


Ingredients:
1 cup cashew milk
5 tsp chia seeds
a few drops of stevia extract
1 vanilla pod

Mix everything in bowl and let sit for about 1 hour (for the chia seeds to soak up the liquid). You can serve as is or drizzle chocolate sauce (raw honey+carob powder), you can top it with banana slices or other fresh fruit. Enjoy!

Raw Rice Milk With Cinnamon


Ingredients:
1 cup brown rice powder(ground in a coffee grinder)
2 cups water
2 tbsp raw honey/stevia extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 vanilla pod

Process all in blender then sieve, or just watch Ligia's video on how to do it :)

Raw Chocolate Balls



I'm back dear friends! After a long absence! Let me show what I've been uncooking...

Ingredients:
1 cup sunflower seeds flour
1 cup almond flour
1 tbsp flaxseed flour
2-3 tbsp raw cacao powder/carob powder
2-3 tbsp raw cacao nibs
1 vanilla pod or vanilla extract
1 cup soaked dates
2-3 tbsp raw honey or stevia extract if u want it sweeter
some almonds and sesame seeds for decorating

In a bowl mix all dry ingredients, process dates until smooth paste is formed. Add date paste, vanilla and honey (optional) to bowl and mix well with ur hands. Form balls, stick an almond on top of the ball and then roll it in sesame seeds. Et voila...
