Ingredients for about 40 bonbons:
13 tbsp almond flour or sunflower seed flour (or 50%-50%)
150 g coconut flakes (+50g for rolling the bonbons in)
6 tbsp organic raw honey/agave syrup
3-4 tbsp coconut oil
pinch of Himalayan salt

Mix all ingredients in a bowl with your hands until you can mold the mixture into balls the size of Raffaello bonbons, and then roll them in coconut flakes. It's delirious how better these are than the original ones! Fast and easy to make too!


Chocolate Banana Cake

Crust ingredients:

10 tbsp almond flour
10 tbsp flaxseed flour
1/2 cup soaked and pureed dates
2-3 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tbsp cacao/coconut butter (optional)
Mix all ingredients by hand, shape into a cake mold and cool.

Cream ingredients:

3 big bananas
6-7 tbsp sunflower seed flour
3 tbsp raw honey/agave syrup
2-3 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tbsp cacao/coconut butter
Smash the bananas with a fork, mix in all other ingredients and pour onto the crust. Let cool.
