Banana Crepes with Plum Filling

Ingredients for crepes:
2 bananas
2 tbsp sprouted buckwheat flour
juice of one lemon

Process the bananas with lemon juice til creamy. Add the flour and mix. Spread on to dehydrator trays. Dehydrate.

Ingredients for filling:
6-8 ripe plums
1 tbsp raw honey (optional)

Wash and deseed the plums. Don't peel! Process til smooth, add honey if necessary. When the crepes are done, fill them with the plum sauce and drizzle coconut milk on top or honey. It's crazy good! I hope you give them a try! They are to die for! I swear!

Flax Crackers and Avocado Basil Spread

Ingredients for flax crackers:
flax seeds
cherry tomatoes
lemon juice
Himalayan salt

Soak the flaxseeds til gelatinous then process all ingredients, spread on to dehydrator trays.

Ingredients for spread:
basil leaves
lemon juice
Himalayan salt

Process all til smooth. Serve with flax crackers and cherry tomatoes (from my garden:)) or as a dip for veggies. Yum!

One Life

When you are new born in this world
You have no problems, no difficulties.
You laugh, you cry, you're spoiled,

Enjoy your life as long as you can

The best cherry tomatoes EVER !!!

Today I harvested my own cherry tomatoes from my balcony! You cannot imagine how delicious they are!!! And keep in mind that they were grown in pots without any compost, pesticides, insecticides or stuff like that! I can't wait for my cucumber and red bell pepper harvest time... mmm...

Strawberry Delight Green Smoothie

1 cup strawberries
1 handful lamb's quarters
1/2 cup pure water

Blend... Enjoy!

GO BANANAS! Minty Smoothie

2 ripe bananas
5 pitted medjool dates
1 handful spinach leaves
4-6 mint leaves
1 cup pure water

Blend til smooth. Enjoy and go bananas! :)

SWEET and SOUR Green Smoothie

8 peeled kiwis
1 cup pineapple cubes (fresh or frozen)
1 handful radish leaves (or other green leafy vegetables)
1/2 cup pure water

Blend and drink! Savour!


4-5 ripe peaches
1 banana
4-6 curly kale leaves
1 cup pure water

Blend, blend, blend... Enjoy! Simple and delicious!

Green Energizer

4-5 ripe peaches
1 handful green leaves
1 tsp maca powder
1 tsp lucuma powder
1 tsp spirulina powder
1 tsp goji berries
1 tsp bee pollen
1 cup pure water

Blend til smooth, drink and be active!

P.S. You can use any other fruit you like instead of peaches! As green leaves I used lamb's quarters here but you can add any green leafy vegetable!



1 cup nuts (your choice)
2 tbsp coconut oil
nutritional yeast (optional)
1 tsp raw honey (optional)

You can soak and then dehydrate the nuts or use them as is. Put the nuts (I used almonds, hazelnuts and Brazil nuts) in the food processor. Process until creamy using a spatula from time to time to scrape off the mixture. You need a good food processor for this and a lot of patience but in the end comes... the nut butter! Add the coconut oil and process. You could also add a bit of salt and/or vanilla for taste, or better yet a teaspoon of nutritional yeast and raw honey.


2 bananas
1 vanilla bean
some raisins

Make the banana ice-cream and then add the content of the vanilla bean to the banana ice-cream. Process. Sprinkle with raisins. Enjoy on a hot summer day!

Chocolate Banana ICE-CREAM

2 bananas
2 tbsp carob powder/cacao powder
2 tbsp raw honey

Make the banana ice-cream and add the carob and honey and process. Decorate with goji berries and coconut flakes. Yummmm...

Peel and cut the bananas and put them in a container or plastic bag in the freezer. When they have frozen put them in the food processor and process until creamy. So yummy and cooool, so simple and healthy!
