2 large cucumbers
1 1/2 cups nut yogurt
6 cloves garlic (or less)
Himalayan pink salt to taste
black pepper to taste
juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves (only if you like coriander!!!)
1 tbsp alfalfa sprouts

Peel your cucumbers if they are not organic, just wash if they are, grate them, add salt, mix and let sit. Crush and finely chop the garlic. After about 10 minutes drain the cucumbers, put them in a big bowl and add all other ingredients. Mix well and let chill for 30 minutes. Garnish with alfalfa sprouts.
Note: If you don't like the strong taste of garlic don't use 6 cloves but less.
