3 tbsp coconut oil (or cacao butter)
3 tbsp agave syrup
2 tbsp raw honey
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
2 tbsp carob powder
1 vanilla bean
any kind of nuts and dried fruits for decoration
Melt the coconut oil: boil some water, put it in a big glass bowl, put the coconut oil in a smaller bowl and place it in the big bowl of warm water(don't let the water exceed the level of the small bowl!) and let it sit until the oil is melted. Then add all other ingredients and mix well with a spoon or spatula. Pour the chocolate into molds and garnish with nuts or dried fruits ( I used cashews, hazelnuts, goji berries and raisins). Let sit in the freezer for at least 1 hour then savour!
It was the first time I made raw chocolate and I didn't think it would come out sooooooo delicious! All my non-raw friends and family members loved it!
