RAW GRANOLA


RAW GRANOLA

Ingredients:

1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup medjool dates
1/2 cup fresh fruit (mango, papaya, apples...)

Soak all nuts over night. Soak dates for 20 to 30 minutes. Rinse and drain nuts, put them in the food processor together with the drained dates and process. Add chopped fresh fruit of your choice and you're done! You can make Granola with any other kind of nuts, or even sprouted grains.
