MARINATED VEGETABLES


MARINATED VEGETABLES

Ingredients:

1 carrot
1 parsnip
1 small zucchini
1/4 celery root or 3 celery sticks
3 small radishes
3 tsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp cold pressed oil
juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp chopped parsley
seasalt to taste
1 tsp Chinese spice
1 tsp ground flaxseeds
1 tsp soy lecithin (optional)

Thinly slice all vegetables, add all the other ingredients, toss and let marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Serve with raw bread. Enjoy!
